Terms of Order
All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
State of Return
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns.
Reason for Return
Refunds or replacements are only considered if your order is incorrect or significantly damaged upon pickup or delivery.
Process for Concerns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. Include your order details and photos of the product so we can review your concern.
Process of Refund
All orders are non-refundable. If an issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 3-5 days in advance. Requests made after this time may not be accommodated.
