Product Disclaimer
All items are made in our home kitchen, which may handle common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full to secure your booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it is non-refundable, as each item is made fresh to order with care and requires advance preparation using perishable ingredients. Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 3–5 days in advance and are subject to availability. Any cancellations will not be refunded.
Order Modifications
We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, modifications requested after the stated notice period may not be possible.
In-Person Pickup
Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time. We are not responsible for damage to products once they have been picked up or delivered. Late pickups may affect product quality.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate order details (times, flavour, spelling, dates, etc.). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of order.
Quality & Appearance
We take great care in preparing each item; however, slight variations in appearance may occur as all products are handmade.
Liability
We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the consumption or handling of our products after pickup or delivery.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if necessary, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or violation of these terms.

By placing an order, you agree to receive communication regarding your order via email, phone, or social media.
